Management depends on people. The appraisal process is so weak that some managers do not do it. No sustainability plans.

good onboarding, values and meaningful tasks. It is a big community and there is a lot of autonomy about how to manage the job.

Cons

Very hierarchical structure (feels like big corporate) and one is responsible for a lot of different tasks, while the resources are limited (feels like a start-up)
