Pros

The pay is somewhat competitive

Cons

When you wake up in the morning and feel a dread about going into work, then you just know that it is not the company for you. Management will pass this view off as 'weak' - they're doing 'amazing work', so you should be tough and grateful for this opportunity! The truth is, is that they are scrambling for any work they can get from disappointed clients. I have never in my life felt so discouraged about working for a company before like I was here. Aggressive office environment, terrible management, no empathy whatsoever for a human being. Good people going in and out of the door very quickly. And ignore the positive reviews here - they're very clearly written by the CEO, who, is quite frankly, a maniac. He is the most unpleasant person you will ever meet and he makes working here unbearable. Please, for your own sanity, DO NOT WORK HERE.

Pros

Interesting projects, big brands, head of design is wonderful

Cons

CEO is abusive. Screams and humiliates staff. He is lazy and will do all to overload work on to others, and then call them incompetent. The business has been losing clients and accounts due to his arrogance and incompetence. He has poisoned the business's reputation to the extent that recruiters won't work with him . All positive reviews on this site are written by him or he has coerced staff into writing them.

Pros

Interesting work, some nice people who work there, good pay.

Cons

They pay you well because no one wants to work there. They have a huge amount of freelancers because even agencies know not to place employees here as they will be wasting their time. Account executives who no nothing about then type of research being conducted - promising the world to clients and then being angry when you can’t deliver it. Projects with little to no PM, research leads who don’t know how to run a study, if you accept a freelance role here - do not expect a normal amount of hours. You will be asked to work on nights and weekends, in fact you might even be asked to work for free because the lack of PM means the timings are off (and the will refuse to pay more days but then say you didn’t do the job correctly). <<< this I’ve been told is a classics H.I move. So if you want to make good £££ and can survive an exceedingly toxic culture then go for it.
