      Excellent work culture, but unfortunately not a competitive pay

      Pros

      I absolutely love my coworkers and the work culture of Hueman. The company also truly exemplifies their core values in their decisions which I appreciate.

      Cons

      The only con is the pay is not competitive with the recruiting industry. It’s not place where most people are able to stay long-term unless they are able to promote to a leadership positions. These promotion opportunities can also be hard to come by.

      Good for Brand New Recruiters

      Pros

      Great training and learning how to become a recruiter for. Work/life balance is good and the culture is good. It is a good place to work for 12-18 months, then you can grow somewhere else.

      Cons

      Lack of true growth. Things become stagnant and growing in recruitment skills after the first 6-12 months doesn't happen, or at all.
