      Pros

      Hubbub and its team have very social goals. Every team member has great integrity, and they also crack jokes all day long! A really fun and flat environment to work in.

      Cons

      I can't think of any! We moved offices a few times as we grew but always stayed fairly central In London....

      4 day work week and remote working.

      Cons

      Redundancies - half of the small team let go in the last two years. Paying staff late because they don't have the funds. Late payments into workplace pension scheme.
