      The company encompasses good values, nice offices, great clients and brands to work with.

      Cons

      Departmentally lacking leadership. Not an inclusive work environment and lacking diversity. High client expectations internally. Flexibility is an illusion and frowned up if actually utilised.

      Big ambition, big clients, but bigger egos and a horrible vibe all round.

      Cons

      The most misogynistic agency I've ever had the displeasure of working at. A very toxic cliche-y culture, if you're not in the 'warm gaze' of leadership then forget it. Real bully culture. The management have high expectations and will tear you down at every opportunity. The staff there are, on the whole, miserable. Crazy hours. Unrealistic expectations. I could go on, but this says it all.
