Not stable financially, as it is a Startup

Underpaid for the expected work to be done. Pretending to be a startup vibe company, but in reality there a 9 to 5 mentality is expected, no flexibility to work from home. A lot is promised, close to nothing delivered by the company. Management is not open for feedback or listening to the need or new ideas from staff. The most shocking thing was the company filing lawsuits against young employees in their early careers, for leaving to any other company in the same industry, not being competition.
