Pros

The pros are that you get paid on time. You work hard under pressure and have to think on your feet. If you can do the job here with the lack of support you will find your next place much easier. (But if you are good enough, don't put yourself to the test).

Cons

There are too many to count, however, a brief summary is provided: For Graduates: This place is only useful to get your foot in the door. If you have worked before you will find it difficult to deal with the constant behaviour of people with power. If you have not worked, it is a good opportunity to gain six months experience and use it as a stepping stone to your next better position. Keep in mind, in real positions behaviour by most of the senior members would not be tolerated. Do not feel bad in committing for a short period and using it as a platform, the work is largely hard due to the continuous mass organization you have to complete and lack of ability of the people supervising, who will then judge on things they are not willing to do themselves. You will be provided with very little training, support or monetary benefit for your hard work. For freelancers: You will deal with indecisive leaders. You also might have to deal with self-proclaimed consultants who lack the creativity or initiative to properly collaborate ideas and promote growth. Ensure parameters are set prior to you being there. For any senior personnel: Stay away. Their one ability is to over exaggerate the product. For everything they say that they can do, whether it be technology centred or otherwise, it would be a good idea to fact check it no? Your creativity will be stifled by people who will be underqualified in experience, training and education. Overall, the lack of experience in management leads to an operation that is prone to serious issues.

Pros

Was fun for first 2 months, until you discover what's in store for you...

Cons

Leadership here are incompetent, inexperienced and lack the discipline to build a company. Upper management are puppets for the CEO - hand chosen to protect his fragile ego. You will never see a group of spineless yes men like this in your entire career. Don't bother providing feedback to leadership. They will pretend it is welcome then you will be fired without warning.
