Pros
Community based organization that makes a significant difference in the lives of people in SE Seattle through economic, community building, grant making, home purchase assistance and education, and building of housing and offices for needed service providers. A convener and community partner who respects the people of the community and amplifies their voices.
Cons
Limited resources, very challenging work, complex partnerships with varying levels of commitment and investment.

Pros
Working remotely & provided top-of-the-line technology. They provide a really good work/life balance. Benefits were also top tier for the employee.
Cons
The organization is very open in its stance toward caucasian males, which is, you will not move up in the company. HomeSight believes that only women and people of a minority can be a leader. This was flat-out told to me by leadership.
