Pros
- great people - awesome team-first environment - career growth potential based on individual skill sets and interests - as a small company, people wear many hats which allows for flexibility of roles and lots of collaboration & teamwork.
Cons
- client-driven workload means there are the occasional long nights & weekend work, but in my experience that's typical of agencies in the entertainment industry

-This group of people is a lot of fun to work with. It is full of talented individuals that know how to run projects, stay organized, and create some amazing pieces of content. -We work hard and efficiently, and we also have a good time off the clock together at happy hours, lunch breaks, etc. -With dedication, hard work, and talent there is the opportunity to grow your career and move up accordingly
Cons
-This agency, like many agencies in entertainment, is fast-paced and at times a bit hectic. -There are some late nights and every once in a while some weekend work, but management tries to keep those the exception rather than the expectation. -Working with clients can be challenging, but that should be no surprise.
