- Amazing product to support - Generous stock options and salary - Unlimited PTO and encouraged to use it - Work-life balance is great - Good benefits - Leadership really does seem to care. Encourages all types of questions in All Hands and answers each of them. - Generally just a good bunch of people

Pros

The company culture places people before the company. An extremely refreshing stance in the current tech climate. It feels like a place where you could ping anyone at any level and they'd get back to you without a second thought. The level of support everyone has for each other and drive on an individual basis is like nothing I've ever seen.

Cons

It's a startup so if that fast and loose approach to problem solving and processes/workflows isn't for you then you might not like having to figure some things out yourself as you go.
