Pros

Opportunity to work with complex psychiatric cases and gain experience managing high-acuity individuals in a crisis stabilization setting. Exposure to a wide range of mental health conditions.

Cons

Workload can be extremely demanding with high patient volume and significant documentation requirements. Providers are often expected to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, which can contribute to burnout. At times there is a level of micromanagement in clinical workflows that can feel discouraging for experienced providers who value professional autonomy. Limited positive feedback or recognition can also impact overall morale.

Pros

Great start for a entry level position. Coworkers are great to work with.

Cons

Under paid and over worked. It feels like I am babysitting for the most part. Training comes from past employees and i rarely get any clarification from managers.
