none at all, horrible place to work especially if you are just starting out in film.
Cons
bully atmosphere, low pay, no progression, the team are a bunch of kids who don't know what they are doing and how to run a company. They hire a production assistant for months at a time and bully them out so they don't have to pay extra for them after the probation!
