Great atmosphere - It's comfortable and you don't have to worry about a boss breathing down your back, Self-start is expected. Management is understanding of hardships, and realize the importance of your family, as well as their own.
Cons
Behind the time's, They do business like the early 2000's most everything is still white paper; Computers are treated as glorified typewriters, most only use cellphone's for call and text. Teams, Slack, Trello, Asana, any collaboration or communication tools are "too much"
