Good and supportive colleagues in the department

Cons

The politics and favouritism are so obvious to the point it's obnoxious and disgusting. Salary is based on loyalty and favourite staff, not based on performance. Favourite staff will be given minimal workload with high salary where as performing staff will be loaded with more and more work but being paid peanuts. B40 salary with T20 workload.

1. Salary is very low compared to the other universities. 2. The management level called himself as a BOSS 3. Micromanaging and tend to bully the staff 4. Toxic "BOSS" with a tiny brain but demands the respect from the staff 5. No promotion after several years, no increment, no bonus 6. Always blame the staff for even a tiny thingy without any solution for even a tiny problem 7. Again, micromanagers always put an eye whatever you do, wherever you go, even after you arrive at home 8. Absurd "BOSS" telling us to stay at the office from 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM while this toxic micromanager is always late and rarely at the office 9. Lack of work-life balance
