there is NO money in this business - at least for 90% of the reps. if you're cool with working non-stop mornings, nights, weekends, holidays for less than $25k a year...then have at it. The amount of stress I feel on a daily basis is ridiculous. You can NEVER get away from work. You're life IS this job. I've missed out on so much (birthdays, vacations- not even sure what those are, dinners, weddings, etc). If you hate your life, friends, family, and hobbies, then this is the job for you. Also, be prepared to get fat from drinking and eating in your accounts (expected of you, with no reimbursement).

Oh Lord where to begin, Currently the two familys that run the place are suing each other meaning we did not get our promised raises, there is a hiring freeze for every department and shift, all of which are short staffed. Somehow then can spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on trucks but suddenly don't have money to get equipment for the new trucks. Drivers are treated like total garbage. You do all the work and are at the bottom of everything (including pay) exception to the night crew. Speaking of night crew at least at my location they are not managed at all and they can't build a pallet to save their lives (putting a box with one bottle in it on the bottom of a 70 case pallet) the management doest care about the drivers what so ever.
