      A wonderful ride with quite some struggles!

      Pros

      Working at Heetch is something very special as you'll probably not found a company similar in its processes and ability to create a good dynamic and hire very talented people. This is something really wonderful, as all the people you will meet are fun, passionate and expert in their own domain! Being a Remote First Company, you get a lot of freedom and trust regarding your way of working as long as you can make it work, which means no micro-management. The company is growing fast and offers a lot of challenge to tackle which is really exciting and can allow anyone to really bloom in their working domain as long as you're willing to make things happen and take the lead if needed, with the responsabilities following of course.

      Cons

      While one of the modo from the company is "General Interest First", a lot of people are thinking about their own interest and will often say "this is not my business, I'm not helping you on this", which can be very surprising in a young company. Also, the company has been growing so fast that the Founders weren't really prepared for that, which made a lot of bad decisions being taken, making working conditions less confortable than they used to be, and an overall pressure and mistrust from other people which can make the mood being really weird and depressing sometimes.

      Pros

      The remote culture is definitely something which is great at Heetch, people are involved in that and that's a really good point. You can also work close to very talented and smart people!

      Cons

      I don't want to make an overwhelming comment here, just hope to make a relevant warn to founders, management and applicants. Heetch has been an awesome company, that's definitely true. Few times ago, when the company was not in an infinite quest of growth, people were talking together, there was an ambient kindness/good feeling all around you and there was an effective "speak-up" culture (now it sounds just like a buzzword), people were listening to your opinion, to your advices. All of those things are vanishing and the amazing mindset I joined Heetch for as well. From my humble point of view there has been a flaw within the company growth, we missed something (maybe due to the fastness it happened) which led to organizational failures.

      Worklife balance can be challenging / Very demanding / Lower salaries than the market / Less holidays than the average in France
