      Great Company but Poor Management

      Pros

      There is a lot of room for growth within the company if you are willing to do the work. Loved the job and the company!

      Cons

      High School Atmosphere/Favoritism- do not try to challenge management with suggestions or by bringing their unethical behavior to light or they will do everything they can to push you out the door.

      Run for the hills!

      Pros

      Good benefits and some departments allow flexible schedules

      Cons

      Low moral, no appreciation for hard workers or retaining those, poor communication, lack of growth unless you keep the “right” ppl close, low end of industry pay For non entry level.... most are miserable

      Pros

      Aside from the Health Benefits - NOTHING

      Cons

      If i could give negative starts I would... I have never felt so abused or mistreated in any job that I've had. Management treats employees like crap. There is no respect and it truly makes you wonder how these people got in the positions they are in. All managers are entitled, condescending and RUDE people. HR will not help in any way as that department is the same or worse than the others. Culturally, the company is crap.
