      Holidays and weekends off work trips are taken care of

      Cons

      no structure. poor communication. managers lack accountability. a lot of animosity amongst all the internal companies. every man for himself.

      Pros

      Good pay, Management tries their best to be honest and fair. All other employees are very helpful and friendly. Warm and welcoming environment.

      Cons

      No separate sick time. Strict PTO policy - no unpaid time if it is needed and requested. Training was sufficient, but their explanation of policies is lacking. It's up to you (for my position specifically) to find your coverage and it can be very frustrating. Seems like that should be a management issue, not employee. HR is a pain to deal with and not understanding to employee life changes or health issues.

      Cares about employees, clear reporting lines, flexible hybrid schedule.

      Cons

      Not enough desks in the Columbia office for the number of employees, works on hotel space style desk reservations. Except for some people do have assigned offices, so it leaves others feeling out of place and like they’re always “borrowing” space.
