      Good work life balance Barely ok pay Ok time off

      Cons

      Massive random lay offs for everyone that actually make the company work. Sales and IT are always safe even though they are the ones underperforming. Bad management of personal and finances. Pretends to be a family as a company and then acts like it isn't their fualt when they let people go.
