      Fun atmosphere but demanding hours and favoritism

      Great co-workers for the most part. Fun atmosphere.

      Cons

      You are expected to work basically 24/7. No advancement opportunities unless you are buddies with upper management. Rules constantly changing to accomodate those that are in the inner circle.

      Everything! Inadequate leadership with people who have no business being in leadership. All are buddies or family of the boss. Same with top guys and girl all have a relationship with somebody at the top. Nothing is earned just a bunch of hand outs for a buddy.
