      friendly people, generally ok atmosphere, used to be a great family business with cozy spirit

      Cons

      You are basically a firefighter, culture expects you to take on a lot of work and responsibility with no relation to your compensation, less than average salaries, no feedback possibilities, no direction or sense of growth
