      - Some nice people - Interesting clients and work - International opportunities

      Cons

      - Bonus and pay structure entirely depends on who is flavour of the month - Archaic working practices - Focus on mental health yet continually push for more billable hours and output - No flexible working unless you have written permission, face time culture is still prevalent - Vast amounts of new projects which are never seen to completion - Promotion process non existent and depends on which partners ‘back’ you

      Nice people, relatively good work life balance (but annoying when the good work life balance is used to justify low pay - it's not like there are never late nights, it is a law firm after all)
