Very very bad office infrastructure. You feel like working in a shed with lot of noise around you. You don't see any coffee machines. No proper cafeteria. Even washrooms are very bad. 12 hours to work daily. No proper internet to do the work.Your life ends up in attending 24/7 meetings. They don't follow any process and procedure. Small startups are 1000 times better than this organization, NO HR interaction. You don't find place where all the HR policies document at one place. They delay BGV, hold on, they start BGV check after your completion of 6 months hence delay in confirmation. No proper induction, HR will blame you on induction day that you may fire from company any time if No projects. Getting laptop and software installation process takes ages. No fun activities at work. Many people JOIN AND LEFT the company in months time. No team outings, no lunch or dinner parties. You don't get even single chocolate even MD visits your office. FORGET about lunch party. No flexibility.
