      - The work/life balance is amazing. Lots of time off - Friendly work environment - Staff are professional and kind - Lots of opportunities for advancement

      Cons

      - Pay is mediocre compared to rapidly rising CA housing costs (ironic) - Be prepared to be paralyzed. The Bureaucracy doesn't let you work.
