      Pros

      Good atmosphere and colleagues. There are so many auto-enthusiastic people. Work-life balance is ok(in Taiwan), but still have to work over 12 hrs in some project period.

      Cons

      mess management(especially project management), and the senior managers do not have respect to professional working level. Usually they turn over their decisions and let procedure inefficient.
