      Management adopts a micromanagement approach. only one insurance, Work comp, No performance reviews or continued education. YOU WONT GROW HERE!!!!

      Really nice family owned company to work for. Great product they produce to help many suffering with pain. Try to reward employees for hard work.

      Cons

      Management team is HORRIBLE!!! This company has some of the worst managers i have ever had to work under. Not only are they very unprofessional, most are not qualified or fit to be a manager! They go by what the managers tell them without ever consulting with any of the employees. Very unfair practices and a lot of favoritism and nepotism!!!!

      Pros

      H-Wave is an amazing company to work at! Not only do we treat each other like family but we share our ideals with our customers as well. We have a fun work atmosphere that promotes creativity, teamwork, and excellence; there is so much room for learning and growth. This company runs on gratitude and respect and it is an honor to be part of this soaring team!

      We can sing and dance at the office to other people’s dismay... :p
