Guestline’s values: Be Kind, Be Bold, Think Guest. So many employees are with the Company for 10/15 years which is a great sign. Hard working team. Great can-do attitude. Approachable management team. Consistent and clear communication from CEO . Wonderful support for employees during Covid 19 pandemic. Quarterly reviews with line manager, opportunity for feedback to manager on what you need to improve. People Operations department keen to ensure employees maintain work/life balance.
