Gsolutionz is one of the only companies these days that actually offers a fully diverse well funded benefit package. The Medical plan alone includes 100% paid for employees, and includes dental and vision. I haven't seen anything like that since the early 90's. They also fully pay for long term disability, and standard term insurance. Once you throw in access to a Flex medical spending plan, 401k and AFLAC, they truly cover all the intangibles, that really add up to a robust approach to employee care. In the last year alone I know of 6 promotions, so for a company of it's size the opportunities for growth across the company are impressive.

Gsolutionz has such a positive work environment. The management team is smart, disciplined, educated, and inspiring - they have strong work ethics and do their best to make the company and it's employees as successful as they can be. My coworkers also add to the environment, I'm never afraid to ask for help or training when I need it
