Pros

Some very knowledgeable people to learn from for someone starting with no experience. Great job for out of college. Lots of information and clients to get an idea of how everyone does things. Gym in the building. Review department

Cons

Horrible work/life balance. After starting a new job was when I really saw how traumatized I'd been by over scrutiny and cameras displaying you to everyone, write ups based on popularity, taking computers home every night so never actually leaving work at work. Such high turnover, unemployment agencies knew the company well. Early peak of salary, not much room for advancement after that. Very hostile environment if you upset the wrong person. And agree with the other people about nepotism and incompetence.

Pros

They always had free coffee.

Cons

The way all of their business is conducted is unorganized. In my section and HR the bosses were very condescending, but rarely had any idea of the actual state of work or the necessary processes to undertake. If there was a problem to be fixed, expect to do it on your own time because you will not be getting over 40hrs. Unless you want to work in a situation where there is no professionalism, no pride in work, and no room for growth, do not go to work here.

Pros

The office is located in the Galleria

Cons

Extreme lack of leadership.Constant turnover. I am surprised there are not a lot of reviews. I think most just get out and go on to better things. I was contacted by a requiter that asked me what the issues were there? She always had constant requests from people wanting to leave Gregg n Valby. Hours worked off the clock. Management related to owners and not qualified. The pay is poor in comparison to competitors.
