Pros

1) Open door policy (Accessible to higher management easily) 2) Top notch higher management (Educational background, Industry Experience, Personalities, Leadership Qualities) 3) Employees - Young Energetic Crowd (Gen -Y) 4) Opportunity to grow up the ladder proving your mettle 5) Good CTC for Freshers 6) Good Incentives structure 7) Lunch and Snacks (Fruits, etc) are provided 8) Annual outbounds, office parties

Cons

Only applicable if you are in the Sales department: Work - life balance goes for a major toss. Forget spending time with family. 1) National holidays mentioned in the company's calendar are also working. 2) If the month end falls on a Sunday, it is working. 3) If you take long personal leave (even up to 5 days), it raises eyebrows. 4) 6 days/week working mandatory only for Sales and Program Team, not for other departments. Either all departments should follow or no departments should follow 6 days/week working. 5) No comp-offs in the Sales Team if you have worked an extra day. 6) Even if you are genuinely sick and call for sick leave, immediate management is very skeptical of it. 7) No work from home for the Sales Team. Only if you are critically unwell, then you may or may not get it.

A very biased employer

Pros

Flexible Timings, good infrastructure overall

Cons

The company hires the students who don't get placed during the campus placements from its parent organisation Great Lakes Institute of Management Chennai, at a higher package compared to its existing employees to show a 100% placement record of the institute and inflate the average package of it's students. These employees are obviously given a preferential treatment in terms of promotions and salaries and treated better than other staff. This bias has repeatedly been brought to the attention of the management but they refuse to acknowledge this issue.

Pros

Competitive and timely salary Reasonably Good office infrastructure

Cons

No work-life balance, 6 days a weak working, 24*7 sales job, stiff target No growth prospects Autocratic HR, Poor work ethics, Poor/no salary revisions Poor Middle Management Advise - in initial year of my sting here, work environment was very good . Since the sales team leadership has changed and COVID challenged the existence, sales are down and work environment become really bad. So refrain from joining the company particularly the sales team till the COVID impact fades off
