One of the best companies. Over the past 1.6 years I have worked on numerous projects(portfolio projects). Our team consisted of around 17 members, and the collaboration within the team is something I genuinely admire. The perks and benefits are genuinely good, and effort is always recognized. Whether it’s flexibility, team support, or appreciation for work done, the organization makes sure employees feel valued. Most importantly, this is one of the best teams I have ever worked with. The culture is healthy, respectful, and growth-focused. After spending 1.6 years here, I can confidently say that I see myself on a long-term journey with GrapplTech.

As with any growing organization, workloads can fluctuate at times, especially during bootcamps or peak project phases, but the team always steps up together to manage it.
