Applicants beware especially in the medical division. I worked for GC for 5+ years. One poorly executed acquisition after another has turned this company into a total mess. The few good managers they had were "let go" because they wouldn't get on board with upper managements business strategy which was rule through fear and intimidation. As another former employee stated, I would also not wish this place on my worst enemy. Throughout the 5 years I had worked in the Vermed division we experienced a turn over in 29 positions (OUT OF 34). They continue to replace long term employees with new hires that also quit after only a few short weeks. This chaos is completely reflective of how the CEO and his minions treat their staff.

Upper management is out for themselves does not acknowledge the people really doing the work. If you are a manager and show you care about the employees you are shown the door. The culture is toxic most employees are miserable but management and HR doesn’t seem to care. I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. Anyone entering the company into a sales role beware you will be promised a lot of commission and no matter how hard you work you get hardly anything.
