Pros
I absolutely love my job in the Dublin office. It's fast paced, it challenges and pushes me, and I'm given the autonomy to make things happen and the best part is I'm surrounded by like minded individuals that want the same thing- to give the best service to our clients and for the company to do well. There is no limit to my personal development - If I don't understand something or need help, everyone is prepared to help in any capacity they can. As a single parent, it's been quite difficult at times to juggle working from home whilst also homeschooling; the amount of support I've received from senior management and my colleagues has been overwhelmingly understanding and reassuring. I can't speak for others and only have my experience to go off, so in short, Graham is a great place to work if you are hard working, love a challenge, if you're goal orientated and want to be part of a caring, nurturing, forward thinking and progressive organisation.
Cons
Graham is a fast paced office environment, the downside to this is that you can get caught up very quickly and need to have the self discipline to prioritize and find a work life balance. Like all businesses, changes can be equally as fast paced, so knowing when to pivot and change direction and adapting is essential too - these points aren't necessarily a con, but I know this may not be for everyone.
