The atmosphere in the company is very good considering it's fully remote. Positive shout-outs and recognitions are a daily occurrence. Cons
Remote work is a double-edged sword. Personally, I love it but some may struggle with the lack of face-to-face time and timezone differences. Despite this, there is a tight-knit feel. As a quickly growing startup, things change quickly in terms of processes and structures. Not really a con as such, just a reality of life.
