Grab is the place for you! - Overly focused on product diversification, without understanding what are the key things that makes them a success in the first place. The company is now at the stage where they are trying to diversify into as many areas as possible, in as little time as possible. - Ever wondered why the core functionality and design of the app is so poor compared to rival apps such as Uber and Hail-O? Because whatever limited resources they have are being put to new products, and everyone is stretched beyond their limit. Core app functionality and experience be damned.
