      Pros

      Sector with huge margin levels.

      Cons

      Low level of professionality. They try to sell themselves as a global company but at the end they show the poorness of their management triumvirate. Total lack of transparency and honesty with their teams. Rough wellfare: they assign different benefits to people at the same level and with similar job roles.
