Pros
Gifts are fun, but car notes and dinner still cost real money. The mission and product are genuinely fun, which is what draws people in.
Cons
Constant pushing for more with no clear direction or real payout. People are overworked. There are no real growth opportunities, and it feels like leadership is actively holding people’s careers back. Pay could be better for the hours and pressure.

Everyone on the team clearly believes in and uses the product themselves outside of work - Strategic and not afraid to take risks with bias toward action - Fully remote and works asynchronously - New ideas are always welcomed, no ego attached to work - Executives are great at empowering the team to stay on track - Respectful of work-life balance - Flexible PTO - Great benefits - Company offsite in Miami
