Friendly environment, where everyone keeps the passion for improving the product and themselves. It is an alive product that mixes the challenging to keep on the same place the business logic and great usability for widening group of users.

Cons

For keeping the quality of the team, you need to complete several interview rounds. On the opposite, I have to say you do not need to make too much work out of the interview process, and during the rounds, they won't try to make you any tricky questions, just the expected for the role where you apply.
