Pros

Unless you can make up a pro, then you will find none.

Cons

Direct care employees are not paid well, not recognized, and are treated like numbers despite the countless trainings and certifications. Employment is a revolving door. It is very difficult to stay loyal to a company who puts so much emphasis on how they look instead of how they treat employees. You accumulate vacation time but if you cannot find coverage, you will more than likely have to cancel the day or days you requested. You receive evaluations in an untimely manner. (Sometimes being asked to sign evaluations that should have been given months ago) I guess it doesn't matter, since you won't be getting a raise anyway. You would be better off driving Lyft or Uber to earn money instead of working here.
