Pros

If you like exponential growth and a super fast pace in a SaaS company, GoFan is for you! Fun team atmosphere with smart leadership. Product development elevating on multiple levels and great focus in sales and marketing. Service and success team on the rise. High end tech offices and WFH flexibility.

Cons

Not overly concerned with Covid 19.

Pros

Great company morale (lunches, events, contests, etc). Management is always open to suggestions and input from team. A lot of growth potential within. Extremely fast growing company. Continuous acknowledgement within the digital community.

Cons

Adjusting to quick growth. (Not necessarily a con for me but may be for some)

Pros

GoFan provides the opportunity to work with high schools across the country and disrupt the market with an incredible product. There is a ton of opportunity to take ownership of processes as the company continues to grow. It is a fun and fast environment with a great group of employees across all departments.

Cons

Typical pains of a fast growing company -- communication could be improved, career path development needs to be defined, etc.
