      Pros

      Nice people around, good office facilities (pingpong table, pool, coffee machine). Education allowance is available as well.

      Cons

      Low pay, no healthcare. Managers often turn deaf ear to you, especially when you are right.

      Pros

      Great team – very hard working, really smart, good fun and look out for one another. Cool city centre office space. The coffee is good. Excellent training allowance available. The goal is admirable, trying to make real world change.

      Cons

      Poor benefits (no healthcare, pension or paternity leave - one month maternity pay). Parking is not provided. Communication could be a whole lot better. Decision-making seems to be impetuous and knee-jerk, without clear strategy. Pay is bad.

      Pros

      Overall an excellent team that know how to work hard and have fun. Salary is good, a little above industry average, office facilities are great and fun social events are organised for the team which is great for moral

      Cons

      Staff feedback is not taken on board quite often. Very little recognition of hard work is given. Overtime away from family is expected on a very regular basis without additional reward.
