Pros

- Phenomenal leadership that knows how to lead, grow the company, and care for its employees - Innovative R&D teams constantly thinking outside the box - presenting game-changing products in the industry. - Extremely fun work environment with awesome caring teammates! - Lot of opportunity for growth and leadership - Fast pace growing company quickly becoming the leader in PC peripherals makes for an awesome environment and presents a plethora of professional opportunities - No micromanaging - Great pay, work life balnce, and benefits

Cons

- Compared to a relaxing corporate job, work here can sometimes be stressful due to the fast pace movement of this rapidly growing startup. At times it requires me to wear multiple hats, something not typical in corporate (IE: doing project management and engineering work at the same time).

Great stepping-stone but sketchy leadership

Pros

Working at Glorious is a great time in terms of being around like-minded co-workers who also enjoy gaming and love being apart of the video game industry. It's a great place to start your career, especially if you want to work in gaming, If you're looking to move far within the industry though this isn't the place this is going to happen at, the likelihood they will still even be afloat by the end of 2025 is pretty slim. Besides that, the people you meet for the most part here make the entire experience amazing, the onboarding is great, shout-out to Shannon and the rest of the HR team for making the experience seamless and easy. You do learn a lot about the industry and get exposed to a lot at a rapid pace due to the un-organization of the company and the constant pivots in almost every campaign. At the end of the day you're working in gaming and working remote, you can't ask for much more from that.

Cons

Leadership (C-Suite) is very sketchy and/or not fit for the position, not all, but a good handful. I mean they literally have people in positions who have zero experience in gaming running the show. It doesn't help that some are tenured because they're related to the former CEO, no matter how bad they do it's just a pat on the hand. From my experience, leadership did nothing but lie and try to squeeze every ounce of work out of not only me but others as well that they possibly could. Whether it's lying about promotions, constantly piling work on employees even when it's outside of their job description, on that note I worked there for a long time and NOT ONCE did I ever receive a job description what so ever. Your essentially just expected to be a yes-man/woman and if you have a problem with it they'll find a way to get rid of you. If you want to be worked to your last end and all you pretty much get is a "good job" and just the usual two-faced feedback then this is a great place to work. The only true positives is that it's remote and within gaming and there are a ton of great employees outside of the majority of leadership.
