      Nothing but problems

      Pros

      Generally the people are nice. Some mobility if you want to work in a different department.

      Cons

      Too many managers and supervisors that do nothing. Constant production and QA problems. No long term solutions to problems. Instead we fight the same issues everyday. Pay is low. Morale is lower. Too many temps.

      Pros

      My salary and bonuses over 7 years was most satisfying compared to others who settled and fell stuck with low salaries. My manager allowed me to make most decisions and more complex situations were made by her. She was okay most days.

      Cons

      The managers don’t want suggestions because they built the company culture and are set in their ways. Some managers didn’t graduate high school or climbed the career ladder from being simple warehouse workers but lack any supervisor or manager skills, experience and intelligence to manage a team of employees. The have no mgmt training.

      Most of the workers are good people

      Cons

      Vast majority of the managers/ supervisors are clueless. Took away all bonuses, no more 4th of July picnic, Christmas party was in the warehouse. They average firing one person a day! Kept one temp on for 2 years before hiring her!
