Pros

It beats unemployment in most countries.

Cons

Management culture is to have employees compete with each other rather than positively against rival companies.

Pros

ok health insurance and decent coffee service

Cons

The bar must have been set pretty low for Globalstar to be selected as one of the best places to work in the New Orleans area. This place is not a great place to work. It has a very high turnover and is a very stressful work environment. They have no processes for anything and change priorities on a daily basis and then point the finger at the people actually doing the work and ask them why nothing is getting done. There is also no organization to this organization. Total chaos lives here. Management is clueless and is only worried about protecting themselves. They continually throw people under the bus and create drama about stupid stuff. They expect you to work 60-75 hours per week just to be able to keep up with the heavy workload. They also load you up with worthless stock options as part of the salary/benefits package. Avoid this place if you can.
