      Old fashioned, unhealthy working cultures

      Pros

      Can cross train many roles, expect workload increase because of "people" don't do their job.

      Cons

      Very toxic working culture. Many not responsible for their mistakes. No KPI, no SOP, using low cost workers to maximize profit.

      Opportunities to grow and learn more in role. Managers are welcoming to you picking up opportunity if you show initiative.

      Cons

      Tiring hours but it is not as bad as MNC.
