The pay is miserable and the job comes with absolutely no benefits. The management doesn't know what they are doing. The company is run by idiots that drive Ferraris and employ their friends as management. With 15 years of IT experience, I was only paid 8K which I only accepted because I could work from home. After a year working for them, I was then however forced to work from the office, even though the management knew that my physical disability prohibited this. I, therefore, was forced to look for a new job, but while I was doing so I was threatened and insulted on a daily basis, as they were trying to force me out of the company.
The company also forces you to take on five tasks that do not have anything to do with your job description, and that you are also not paid extra for.
