      Pros

      Good for a new trainer with no experience. Guaranteed pay.

      Cons

      Take in clients with injuries. No freedom to program your client workouts. No growth potential unless you want to be a studio manager. Aggressive sales tactics that make clients emotional about their shortcomings and then try to sell them 6 or 12 month commitments. I've seen women crying during the sales process many times. Company pulls in 300+ per hour in a busy studio and pays the trainers less than 20 in many cases.
