Pros

No pros working at this company.

Cons

low pay, no mileage, no drive time, no paid time off, no support from supervisors, inadequate training, lying, uncooperative parents, unprofessional, unethical, unorganized, terrible work environment, high turnover rate, bad attitudes all around. I could write a book about how bad this company is to work for.

Pros

Coworkers are supportive and try their best.

Cons

There is no oversight from a BCBA. BC's are required to run their cases alone without any support but each other. This is a clear ethical violation of the BACB. Caseloads are way too large so effective and quality work is not possible. The owner is a money hungry individual that shows clear signs of antisocial personality disorder.

Pros

Seeing smiles on childrens faces, building rapport with clients, clients family, teachers, and social workers. Working in community settings with clients. This practicing ABA company does not require the Consulting position employees to have a BCBA credential.

Cons

Will not pay overtime. No reviews given after 60 day mark. No time off requests. No benefits/ retirement/ sick/ holiday/ jury duty/mandated court appearences compensation to full time employee status, any time missed due to employee being sick must be accompanied by a dr note. If you cannot provide a dr note for sick time missed, you may be removed off your case. All time missed must be made up immediately thus requiring weekend work which is outside of normal posted days and hours for this business. Dead end job with no room for advancement unless you become a consultant.
