      The company was privately owned since 1950 but was sold in 2024. After years of Downsizing and Downscaling operations, the new owners, International Manufacturing & Assembly (IMA), based in Royal Oak, Michigan, seek to revitalize GEI( General Extrusions International LlC) If possible.
