Pros
Gekko has a good work culture, everyone is friendly and management is flexible and understanding.
Cons
Gekko is unwilling to invest any time or money in developing their employees. They are incredibly restrictive, and do not offer many new career opportunities. Gekko also denies employees the chance to change teams as they are unwilling to effect their clients, even if it is just short term.
